I had my appointment for early morning Saturday, gave a text back to Ms. Kim that is truly wonderful! And she double checked and was able to send Mr. Ray Friday afternoon, Mr. Ray took his time triple checking everything inside me home but the work he did was outstanding! I was in my garage late at night when I spotted a mouse and completely freaked out. I called Faulkner Pest Control right away, and to my surprise, they were at my house within an hour! They set up traps immediately, inspected my home for possible entry points, and explained everything clearly so I knew what to expect. What really impressed me was their follow-up. They came back for additional visits to check the traps, reassess the situation, and make sure the problem was truly resolved. The best experience ever! I really thought I wasn’t goin to find any business that was willing to go on a Sunday or if they had any availability as well on a Sunday. But Thank God I came across Faulkner Pest Defense and Kimberly leaving a voicemail after I couldn’t answer letting me know it was them trying to provide their services. I can’t recommend Faulkner Pest Defense enough for Pest Control Services. I had a rodent problem, and his Rodent Control work was Quick and Effective. He also did Termite Treatment for me, and I haven’t had an issue since. I just looked up an Exterminator Near Me in Richmond and Houston, and I’m really glad I found him. Super Reliable and Honest, and he knows his stuff. He even helped with advice for my aunt aunt on some Bed Bug Removal service and gave me some advice on Wildlife Removal. If you need Mosquito Control, Ant Extermination, Cockroach Extermination, or Flea and Tick Control, he’s definitely the guy to call. ~ Taylor F

I waited a couple months after their service to write my review because I wanted to see if it would actually last and I’m glad to report that we are very satisfied with the service that was provided. We had so many wasps always surrounding our house. Somehow they started getting into the house and we couldn’t figure out how. Faulkner pest control came over several times to treat the issue and we haven’t seen a wasp since! Ray came out after hours around 10 PM and still provided amazing service. They answered my call right away, gave me a quick quote and ETA, and even explained what to do until he arrived. Once here, he removed the SNAKE in less than 5 minutes and took the time to explain everything about it. I had called another company before, and their quote was $450 with the same ETA. It has been about 2 weeks since the bed bug spray treatment and seems to be working well. Called about 5 companies on a Saturday night before settling with Faulkner. Mainly for two reasons: Kim, the coordinator, and the reasonable price. Kim really listens and spends the time to explain the process and was very transparent. I think our chat must have lasted for about half an hour and that was in the middle of the night. Such a relief when I was at a total loss for I had never encountered bed bugs in my home or anybody else's. The service didn't stop there as the technician, Tristan, showed up on the same day, Sunday, and was very explicit in the process. His recommendations, physical assistance in helping me throw some of my heavier belongings, helped my neighbor who accidentally dropped his keys to his home from the dumpster and lastly, updated me through texts on the time that I could return home, really put me at ease. Oh, he is also very knowledgeable and absolutely honest. In a nutshell, Faulkner's management must have a good system put together to have service-oriented team members. Oh, one last note, please get Kim a computer that is faster as I had to wait for a bit over the phone because of it. Anyhow, the fact that she loves her job in itself deserves a super computer. ~ JC
