I had a great experience with Faulkner Pest Control, and I especially want to recognize Mr. Ray for his excellent service. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to us and answer all of our questions. He made the whole process feel much less stressful and made sure everything was taken care of properly.
We really appreciated how friendly, respectful, and thorough Mr. Ray was. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a good job and helping his customers. We’re very happy with the service we received and would definitely recommend Faulkner Pest Control, especially Ray, to anyone looking for reliable pest control!

I had my appointment for early morning Saturday, gave a text back to Ms. Kim that is truly wonderful! And she double checked and was able to send Mr. Ray Friday afternoon, Mr. Ray took his time triple checking everything inside me home but the work he did was outstanding! I feel I hit the jackpot finding this company. I will be doing business again with this company and tell my family about it which I know they will be using them. Some might feel they might be pricey but trust me they are worth every penny. Thank you so much! To Ms. Kim for the customer service she provided to me over the phone is the type of service you don’t see or hear no more glad she still has those skills and Mr. Ray thank you so much as well for working really hard in making sure my home is safe for my pets and family! Thank you. People reading my longs review trust me! YOU MUST HIRE THEM!

No one ever wants to deal with pest control : but if you have to, I’m so glad I found Faulkner Pest Defense. From the first call, they were kind, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took time to educate me about what was going on, explained the process clearly, and truly made me feel at ease.
What really stood out was his level of care ;even when I had a late-night pest issue, he took the time to help me over the phone and reassure me through it. That kind of support is rare!
If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about their clients and goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Faulkner Pest Defense. You wont regret it!
