I had my appointment for early morning Saturday, gave a text back to Ms. Kim that is truly wonderful! And she double checked and was able to send Mr. Ray Friday afternoon, Mr. Ray took his time triple checking everything inside me home but the work he did was outstanding! I feel I hit the jackpot finding this company. I will be doing business again with this company and tell my family about it which I know they will be using them. Some might feel they might be pricey but trust me they are worth every penny. Thank you so much! I was in my garage late at night when I spotted a mouse and completely freaked out. I called Faulkner Pest Control right away, and to my surprise, they were at my house within an hour! They set up traps immediately, inspected my home for possible entry points, and explained everything clearly so I knew what to expect. What really impressed me was their follow-up. They came back for additional visits to check the traps, reassess the situation, and make sure the problem was truly resolved.
